It is located in an area of Cordova called Valmont Place, a quiet and bucolic community but minutes from major highways, shopping, supermarkets, and every sort of chain restaurant and fast food location as well as international cuisines. just amazing. Airport is 20-30 minutes away. Downtown Memphis and all major sightseeing places are 1/2 hour away. I selected Memphis to relocate for its vital art scene and the known friendliness of the people. Memphis has not disappointed on either front. Home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You will have a private bathroom and a room with double bed, an antique bachelor's chest, an antique Asian side table, plenty of closet space. The kitchen-dining area is steps from your room. Refrigerator, toaster, microwave, coffee pot are available for use. Kitchen is a shared space. Living room has a gas fireplace, TV and lots of artwork and flowers. My 2 loves. My master suite is on other side of living room and somewhat secluded from your bedroom. The 3rd bedroom is my studio. I am a jewelry/bead artist. Home is all on one floor. There are no steps to enter the house by the front door. and if you miss your own pets while away, my 2 small dogs, Tookie and Tiara, obligingly can step in to fill the void.
